In a bowl, mix 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup flaxseed powder, 1.5 cup curd/buttermilk, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 capsicum. Mix well and rest batter for 10–20 minutes. Pour batter on a greased pan to make a cheela and fry both sides.
