– 2½ cups elbow macaroni
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon pepper
– 3 cups milk
– 2 cups provolone cheese
– 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
