Include a frozen fruit in this smoothie. Use frozen blueberries, bananas, or avocado. At least one must be frozen for a rich, creamy smoothie.

Not a fan of bananas? You can omit the banana from the recipe and add an additional 1/2 cup of blueberries in its place.

Add a scoop of your preferred protein powder or half a cup of your preferred plain Greek yogurt to your smoothie for an increase in protein content.
