Shredded Chicken with Celery Recipe Step by Step Guide 

I occasionally open it and marvel at the gorgeous photos of great Chinese cuisine and feel overwhelmed by the number of components or complexity.  

– 3 chicken breast – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 egg white – 2 teaspoon cornstarch – 2 tablespoon peanut oil – 3 celery stalks  – 1 or 2 red chilies  – 1 green onion – few strips of fresh ginger  – 1 teaspoon brown sugar – 1 tablespoon white wine – 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Shred chicken thinly with a sharp knife. Mix a bit of salt, egg white, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix in chicken.  


Preheat a wok and heat peanut oil. Stir in chicken shreds. After the chicken turns white, strain and drain. Keep warm.  


Stir-fry the celery, chilies, ginger, and green onion for one minute after adding them to the wok.   


Incorporate the chicken, leftover sugar, salt, and white wine. After cooking for one minute, mix in the sesame oil. Warm up the food.
