Easiest Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Recipe

This delicious one-pot Chicken Pot Pie Pasta tastes like chicken pot pie but is made in one pot and ready in under an hour!  

– 1 tablespoon butter  – 1 large onion – 1 stalk celery – 1 medium carrot  – 6 chicken thighs  – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary  – ½ cup white wine – 4 cups chicken broth  – 12 ounces pasta  – 1 cup frozen pea – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Ingredient

Use a large pot or Dutch oven to melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and carrot to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes to soften.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken thighs in the pot. Continue cooking for 5–7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Add flour to chicken and vegetables and stir. Cook for a minute, then add rosemary, white wine, chicken broth, and pasta.

Mix everything and season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then add frozen peas.

Stir everything together and heat for 5-10 minutes till pasta is done. Add fresh parsley and serve.
