Mexican Beer Chicken Taco Easiest Recipe Ever
This taco casserole with beer-marinated chicken and homemade guacamole will please your family.
– 3 cloves garlic
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 2 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 can beer
– 3 chicken breasts
– 12 small flour tortilla
– 1 cup cheddar cheese
– 1 cup lettuce
Ingredient
Lightly mix all marinade ingredients in a big bowl. If grilling, add the chicken breasts whole to the marinade; otherwise, cut them up.

Keep the chicken soaked in marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for an hour to overnight.

Use a big skillet to heat olive oil. Add chicken and heat until no longer pink and brown. Remove skillet chicken and put aside.

Start with a 375℉ oven. Put tortillas in a 9x13 baking dish. Taco shells or corn tortillas work too. Overfill each tortilla with chicken.

Bake dish for 10 minutes until tortillas crisp and cheese melts. Leave oven. While tacos bake, create guacamole.

Mash avocado and blend with remaining guacamole ingredients. Add guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream to tacos.
